Training, qualifications & experience

I have more than ten years’ experience of counselling work with individual clients. I am also a qualified counselling supervisor.  After completing an introductory certificate in counselling in 2009, I went on to study at Roehampton University from 2009-2013, attaining an MA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy with distinction. Since that time, my continuing professional development has included post-graduate certification training in Relational Supervision, Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression, Schema Therapy and Attachment Based Therapy, as well as short courses in couple therapy, trauma therapy and mindfulness.
