I am an experienced integrative relational counsellor/psychotherapist and supervisor.  As such, I’m trained in a range of different therapeutic approaches and draw on a number of these in my work. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, both face-to-face and online.

Issues I frequently work with include anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, relationship, family and work-related difficulties including emotional abuse and childhood trauma, and adjustment to big life events or losses. Clients will often describe feeling anxious or panicky, overwhelmed, stuck, confused or numb, or may have a sense of lacking meaning and fulfillment in life. Others will present with longer term, more deep-rooted issues as a result of past trauma or difficult childhood experiences.

My aim is to help each client explore what is troubling them and enable them to find a better way forward, working through the issues that are most important to them, without judgment or bias. My style is informal and collaborative, and therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs.
